Grace Society is established with the Grace Trust to hold and preserve our commonwealth.

The said Trust has appointed a Board of Trustees to preside over and protect the commonwealth. The Board is authorised with a fiduciary duty to manage and develop our Society's property and assets, and the Board shall operate in accordance with the mission of Grace Society.
